Background

Kevin is a founder member of Harmony Therapy which was established in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. After nearly twenty years in the South Dublin area a move to Greystones, Co. Wicklow was completed in 2020. Harmony Therapy provides a comprehensive approach to short term therapy. Kevin uses a wide variety of psychological approaches aimed at providing the appropriate response to every client’s needs. His main methodologies are Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural therapies.

The issues that Kevin most commonly deals with are in the areas of stress and anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, relationship and confidence issues. Career and financial problems are becoming a more prevalent part of his work in recent times.

Kevin provides workshops / seminars to individuals, groups and companies aimed at improving personal skills in overcoming low confidence, stress and anxiety and communication issues.

Kevin is dedicated and passionate in people achieving their full potential. Kevin also has a part-time involvement with sports people from both the professional and amateur ranks helping them to identify areas where they can increase their levels of performance.

Services

Originally from a business background that encompassed Hotels, Construction and FMCG up to director level, Kevin has always had a strong interest in people. To that end he gained a Diploma in Counselling & Hypnotherapy and has continued to study in the area of ‘psychological wellness’ ever since. Details of further qualifications are listed above.

He is very passionate about providing people with the skills they need to transform their lives. His clients have described him as ‘innovative’, ‘loves what he does’, ‘very caring’, ‘positive’, a ‘good listener’ and ‘has a good sense of humour’.

Kevin is currently Vice President of IICHP.

On his days off he does his best to improve his golf swing (with mixed results).
